Freedom of information response
106 agreement
Please can you provide me with the data from the automated visitor monitors and the position of the said devices purchased from developer contributions from the Bata field development 106 agreement (clarify if not operational why not as I was told they were imperative in the effects of development in this area and protecting parts of sites in the area protected by law (info from a consultant named plum)? Please supply me with purchase dates, implementation dates, data so far obtained and how I can access it as part of a community forum wishing to see if the data may support refusal of planning permission in the immediate area (please refer to the 106 agreement, re: the Bata field development and the automated visitor monitoring devices in the agreement).
It is my understanding that Thurrock Council paid Thurrock CVS several thousand pounds to organise a community litter pick by volunteers of "town areas". Can you confirm whom this apparent contract was tendered out to and the dates and the final payment received by yourselves and what the money was used for, please?
Please can you provide me with details of contracts issued to Thurrock CVS from Thurrock Council during the years 2020/2021/2022 and the financial amounts involved? Please can you give me details of the companies that competed against Thurrock CVS in open tender and name any successful competitors? Please provide the details of the positions held by the people charged with overseeing the contracts and awarding them.

The contract was awarded to Thurrock CVS on 10 February 2022 following an open tendering process on In-Tend and Contracts Finder as required by the project funder and set out in the European Structural Investment Fund (ESIF) Procurement Guidelines.
The project was entirely funded via the Welcome Back Fund which was funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF). Thurrock CVS were the only organisation to submit a tender response.
The money was used for the planning and delivery of 5x Town Tidy events, including communications activity, purchase of materials and provision for continuation of volunteer activity (capacity building) beyond the scope of the Welcome Back Fund programme.
