The governing documents include lease dated 18.4.1854 and lease dated 15.9.1891 as amended by Charity Commission Scheme dated 13.1.1984. It is believed that the Council has held the land since 9.3.1961. Map attached.

There are no current plans that suggest that this land will be held for any other purpose other than for meeting the charitable objectives.
