For each piece of contaminated land, please include:
Date of identification
Date of remediation (if applicable)
Please can you also include data on the total square footage of contaminated land within your local authority area.
Thurrock Council has implemented its Inspection Strategy for Contaminated Land, as required by Part 2A, Environmental Protection Act (1990), and at this time has had no cause to declare any land in Thurrock as contaminated land applying this strategy.
The square footage of contaminated land as defined by Part 2A, Environmental Protection Act (1990) within Thurrock is zero.
