I would like to know the exact amount I pay each year in Council Tax towards bin collections.
The budget papers at 1 March Council set out the Council spend and Council Tax is one of the sources of funding that supports this.
Page 12 at the attached link gives more detail:

Please be advised that the ICO will not consider your case until they have confirmation that you have already been through the Internal Review stage with the council.
