2) The number of Hoarding and Scaffold licences (excluding renewals and licences included in item 1 above) issued by Thurrock Council per year, for the last 5 years.

3)  The number of Scaffold licenses (excluding renewals and licences included in items 2 and 3 above) issued by Thurrock Council per year, for the last 5 years.
