When to use this form

You can use this form for reporting businesses based in Thurrock that you believe are breaking the government's rules for coronavirus (COVID-19) safety. This includes:

  • businesses that are opening when not permitted to do so
  • open businesses that you believe are not following government rules

You should only use this form for businesses that are open within the borough of Thurrock, in the UK.
