It you're unable to access water and have to more time at home, you can improve your paddling strength and fitness with some dry land training.
British Canoeing has created weekly workouts for you to try. All you need is a bit of space, either at home or in the garden.
The workouts are split into 3 areas – strength, cardio and mobility – all aimed at paddlesport.
