Our fees and charges

We review our fees and charges as part of the budget process each year. New fees and charges are agreed at a full meeting of the Council ahead of the April start of each financial year.

The fees and charges report below shows:

• charges set by law or other policy – marked S
• charges that we can set – marked D
• the previous year's charge
• this year's charge
• any concessions to groups or individuals in the community
• the date from which the fees and charges take effect

Current fees and charges

Our fees and charges for 2023/24 were initially set at the following meetings:

• Cabinet, 22 February 2023 – Fees and Charges Pricing Strategy 2023/24
• Licensing Committee, 28 July 2022 – Setting of Licensing Fees 2023/24
