From 9:45am to 12:15pm, Monday 13 February, due to essential maintenance we will not be able to take payments online or by phone – we apologise for any inconvenience. 'My Account' services that take payments will also be unavailable. For more details, go to online payments, Monday 13 February.

Standing order

You can set up a standing order to pay your housing rent, by downloading the form below.

Standing order forms must be completed and sent to your bank, not to the council.

Pay by phone

You can use a credit or debit card to make a payment by telephone.

PayPoint

You can pay by cash at PayPoint outlets across Thurrock. Take your council tax barcode, barcoded invoice, or rent payment card with you to make a cash payment. Keep the receipt for your records.

From March 2017, we can no longer take payments through Payzone outlets.

Post Office

You can pay by cash, cheque or debit card at any Post Office. Take your council tax barcode, barcoded invoice, or rent payment card with you to make a payment. Keep the receipt for your records.
