No waiting at any time
Thurrock Council - Public notice map: Eastern Avenue, West Thurrock
1) Notice is hereby given that Thurrock Borough Council, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 1, 2, 4 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 ("the 1984 Act") and of all other enabling powers and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Part III of Schedule 9 to the 1984 Act, hereby gives notice that they have made the above order on 7 July 2022, the order will come in to force on 4 August 2022.
2) The general effect of the Order would be to introduce a new waiting restriction "No Waiting At Any Time" at the following location(s):
i. on the north side of Eastern Avenue, from a point 2m west of the east flank wall of 14 The Glade Business Centre in east direction for a distance of approximately 10m
ii. on the north side of Eastern Avenue, from a point 3m east of the west flank wall of 13 The Glade Business Centre in west direction for a distance of approximately 10m
iii. on the south side of Eastern Avenue, from a point 2m west of the east flank wall of 14 The Glade Business Centre in east direction to a point 3m east of the west flank wall of 13 The Glade Business Centre
3) A copy of the Made Order together with the plans be obtained from the Transport Development team by contacting us on 01375 652 652 during normal office hours or alternatively via Thurrock Council's website at thurrock.gov.uk/publicnotices
4) Any person wishing to object to the validity of the Order or any of its provisions on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the 1984 Act, or that any requirements of the Act has not been complied with, may, within 6 weeks from the date of on which the order is made apply for the purpose to the High Court.
