Notice of Application to Grant Premises Licence

Wyldecrest Sports Country Club, Herd Lane, Corringham, SS17 9BJ

Notice is given that Whittingham St George Management Ltd. has applied to the Licensing Authority to grant a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003. The proposed application is for:

  • films (indoors and outdoors) and indoor sporting events – Monday to Thursday from midday to 11pm, Friday from midday to 2am, Saturday from 9am to 2am, Sunday from 9am to 10:30pm
  • live music (indoors and outdoors) – Friday and Saturday from midday to 2am, Sunday from 9am to 10:30pm
  • recorded music (indoors and outdoors) – Monday to Thursday from midday to 11:30pm, Friday from 11am to 2am, Saturday from 9am to 2am, Sunday from 9am to 10:30pm
  • performance of dance – Monday to Friday from 9am to 10pm, Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 6pm
  • anything of a similar description – Monday to Thursday from midday to 11:30pm, Friday from midday to 2am, Saturday from 9am to 2am, Sunday from 9am to 10:30pm
  • late night refreshment – Friday and Saturday from 11pm to 2am
  • sale of alcohol for consumption on the premises – Monday to Thursday from midday to 11:30pm, Friday from midday to 2am, Saturday from 9am to 2am, Sunday from 9am to 10:30pm

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Department, Thurrock Council, New Road, Grays, RM17 6SL.

Representations must be received within 28 days of the date of this Notice. The application record and register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (£unlimited).
