From 6pm on Friday 22 September to 6pm on Sunday 24 September, our usual online service for reporting highway problems will be unavailable due to essential maintenance work – we apologise for any inconvenience. Please do not try to use the service during this period. If you need to report a problem, you can use our Highways reporting temporary form.
We maintain over 23,000 street lights in Thurrock, including zebra crossings, subways lights, road signs and bollards.
You can a report a street light problem online. Please give the exact location and – if possible – the street light number, which you can find on a large sticker on the column.
The quickest and easiest way to report a highway problem is online.
Simply zoom-in on the map of Thurrock and – if the problem hasn't been reported already – make a new report using the map to show us where the problem is. Tell us as much as you can about the problem to help us investigate. You can check back later for progress updates.
