Bookstart for 0 to 5 year olds
We work in partnership with all early years settings offering story times and book packs. If you would like more information contact grays.library@thurrock.gov.uk
Bookstart packs
You can collect a free Bookstart baby pack from your health visitor at your baby's 12-month health check.
The baby pack includes 2 free board books, a rhyme sheet and a booklet of tips and ideas for sharing books with children from a very young age. There is no one too young to have a library card.
Time to Read packs
Working with schools, from November 2022 we'll be providing free BookTrust Time to Read packs for every reception age child.
